I collect used cooking oil that is a major component in the biodiesel world. With the economic struggle many people are facing fewer are choosing to eat out and thus restaurants and other food establishments are generating less spent oil and ironically are holding on to their oil (thus affecting your food tastes) longer before disposing it. The less oil being generated means less oil that i can take to the marketplace.
