Walton's Distillery is a craft distillery located in Jacksonville, NC producing small batches of corn whiskey and moonshine. We produce everything on site from beginning to end for the best quality spirit. We currently have a variety of moonshine spirits as well as whiskey and bourbon spirits.

Don Walton, Jr. is the owner of Walton's Distillery. He is originally from Jacksonville, NC. While attending law school in Kentucky, he fell in love with bourbon and toured all the distilleries in the area on his spare time to learn how to make it. Once returning to Jacksonville and getting his law office up and running, he invested in the distillery to distillery corn whiskey and get started on his bourbon supply. His 2nd cousin passed down the family recipe for moonshine which kicked off our moonshine line in a variety of flavors.
