About Us
ONS Lacrosse is an organization that provides top notch lacrosse coaching for male youth players ages 6 through 18 or grades 1 through 12. Most of our instruction is done during the nontraditional seasons which include summer, fall and winter. We do individual and small group lessons as well as travel teams in the summer and fall seasons. We also do coaching clinics for those coaches who would like to improve their knowledge of the game.
