HLC Bookkeeping & Office Services began as a partnership of twin sisters Krista and Kristina Rugh. After years of experience in the private, corporate, government and non-profit areas, Krista and Kristina determined that a cost effective business solution for administration was needed.
The greatest pain point of new and existing businesses is the administration of the business. People open their businesses because they love what they do...but sometimes the behind the scenes to keep what they love doing available to others falls apart due to time crunches and lack of experience in that skill set.

Krista had a dream in 2005 to help businesses start, grow and succeed. She had determined Hospitality, Organization and Professionalism were keys to success for any business.
Some of the business owners she worked with were struggling with these questions:

Because financials are the foundation of any business, Krista welcomed Kristina to the business in 2007 who had experience with QuickBooks because she said to Krista, "I can do the bookkeeping for them and/or teach them QuickBooks...it will give them the financials they need for you to analyze and you can help them grow..."
