About Us

Working directly with small business owners to develop long term strategies for customer development and revenue growth. Every business owner's story is unique. That uniqueness is a key foundation to truly thrive in todays market.

How We Got Started

I got started in 2017 providing Facebook Marketing services to small businesses. At the time, the move was "temporary." I went to work for an established firm in Beaverton Oregon as a favor for a friend that needed some seasoned sales people and account managers. Having been self-employed and a small business owner personally from 1994 to 2015, I understood the pain and struggles the clients endured.
I fell in love with the work and helping others. I spent 5 years with that company (the longest I had ever been "employed"). In October 2022 we parted ways and Elite Growth Solutions was born.
I love working directly with the small business owner to help them grow, generate sales, increase revenue, retain clients, and have a healthy company.

Transparency and communication. It really is just that simple. I make sure our clients know and feel comfortable with an open dialogue and then make sure that they can see everything that pertains to their projects. Nothing is "behind the curtain." Reviews are lifeblood and how a business owner develops and handles reviews is critical. However, did you know that the algorithm within both Google and Bing ignore reviews that are more than 6 months old? Additionally, the Citation listings are being missed here. There are two types of Citations: Key and Live. Live Citations are Gravy and are often referred to as "business listings." Key Citation accuracy is critical! As much as 52% of your Organic Visibility depends on these citations matching your GMB perfectly. Something as simple as punctuation can negatively affect your overall ranking. Google assigns between 37 and 40 "Key Citations" by industry. All the other SEO work which you do is either bolstered by or hindered by the accuracy of these Key Citations.

The attention span of people has significantly diminished and the need to be reminded of a product or service, even one that is critical, has increased sharply.  Never before has the term "out of sight - out of mind" been more accurate. If your business and the products and services you provide are not front and center they are forgotten. Active social media subscriptions and interaction is the single most effective way to keep your business visible. Well, that and a solid Re-Marketing strategy. However, that is a different discussion entirely.

As everyone knows, advertising is extremely fickle. No single method or combination of methods works for everyone. Industry, economy, demographic, location and budgeting are just a few of the factors that play into every advertising initiative. I have seen advertising that is out performing all expectations totally tank on itself by simply moving it into a neighboring town within the same metro area. If I could find that perfect combination I would be purchasing a private island.  Regardless of whether or not you are a startup or an established enterprise, business owners must make sure they don't put all their marketing eggs in one basket. This does not mean that partnering with multiple agencies is always necessary. A savvy business owner must either take on the sometimes daunting task of marketing on multiple platforms and media and connecting these all together, or partnering with a talented agency to do so. One can never downplay the importance of social media although this is often playing the "long game". Truthfully, the business owners I know act like they are only playing the short game but behind the scenes, longevity is what they are truly looking for.  Pay per click services tend to be the engine for the "short game" however,  the different flavors available here is like walking into a Baskin-Robbins. It can become overwhelming quickly. Additionally many PPC products need to be closely scrutinized and managed.  I personally like to discuss a business' needs and growth goals to develop a strategy to reach realistic benchmarks.

(more) That is a very interesting question. The current business environment is seeing some very radical shifts in tactics and market share. Taking into account that each and every industry as well as each individual market is unique, there is no one simple answer for this.  That being said, there are certain trends that are happening across all market segments. With the change in the economy many small businesses did not survive the initial impact. There are a staggering number of businesses that simply could not afford being closed for even a week or two. As sad as this is, the businesses that have survived are in a position for real growth in the coming months. Larger companies are taking up a defensive posture (which will not last long) and actually cutting their advertising budgets. These two circumstances have led to as much as a 30% reduction in number of advertisers digitally in nearly every market and Ad spending is significantly down as well. At the same time, with "stay-at-home" orders implemented, Social media viewership has doubled and the amount of time people are spending online is at an all-time high!  What does that mean to our clients? Fewer advertisers and less financial competition combined with vastly more consumers online means advertising dollars are going much further. This is a completely unprecedented chain of events. We are working closely with our clients and wisely positioning their precious advertising budgets to generate ROI at rates they have never before seen. The opportunity to thrive during this time is heavily dependent on the aggressive capture of local market share and doing so in such a way that prospective clients fell not only safe doing business but also encouraged to do so.  This is just a piece of a healthy marketing or branding initiative. However, this cannot under any circumstances be overlooked or underestimated.  If you have any questions about strategy or what you may be missing, please reach out directly.
