We offer boating accessories online and a boat transport service via waterways. Some of our boating accessories are also used for camping, hiking, RVing, and other outdoor activities.

How We Got Started

I am passionate about boating and wanted to share my boat knowledge and love of boating "gadgets" with others. I started a business offering high-quality boating accessories and a boating service business. I enjoy talking to customers about their products and boating service needs. We use Yotpo to acquire reviews for our business. We have set this up to use Yotpo's MAP (Mail After Purchase) feature which allows a review request to be sent to your customers a certain number of days after they make a purchase. The number of days is programmable and easily set up from your... (more) We use Yotpo to acquire reviews for our business. We have set this up to use Yotpo's MAP (Mail After Purchase) feature which allows a review request to be sent to your customers a certain number of days after they make a purchase. The number of days is programmable and easily set up from your User Interface to Yotpo. Emails get sent to your customers automatically after the number of days you choose. Once you have this set up, the reviews will start to come in and you can post these to your website. It is all very convenient and automated once you get it set up. You can even respond to the reviews online and your responses can show up on your website as well.

I constantly try to save my customers money on shipping. Recently someone selected the USPS Priority Mail Express for their shipping option which was pricey. I called them up and suggested that I ship the order via USPS Priority Mail and I would refund the difference in shipping cost. The... (more) I constantly try to save my customers money on shipping. Recently someone selected the USPS Priority Mail Express for their shipping option which was pricey. I called them up and suggested that I ship the order via USPS Priority Mail and I would refund the difference in shipping cost. The delivery time was basically the same. This ended up saving my customer $18.00 in shipping cost. They were very happy and appreciative. I always try to go the extra step to provide great customer service.
