We started in Jerome Idaho in a dental office. As the need for growth and business success happened in other practices we licensed to help other business owners. If they are mature and traditional then traditional marketing is best. You would be best served to check your demographics and target customer and then market to them the way they like to receive information. While digital marketing can be cheaper it can be useless if it is not reaching the customers you need it to. Same with traditional marketing but it comes at a much higher cost. Bottom line is, do your research and do what gives you the biggest bang for your buck.

We do not need one at my current employer thank heavens! However there have been places I have worked in the past the certainly needed them. The issue is that it is so hard to regulate gossip. We have the freedom of speech and as long as it is not impacting the workplace and can be proven then it is hard to address. I for one have had to have many one on one conversations with employees about the negative impact of gossip on the business and others. I have had to write people up for not stopping and causing a hostile work environment for others. It's not pleasant but there are some who just can't seem to control themselves and it is a part of their nature. In those circumstances I say, "You are most likely better off without them." Even the best of the best can cause too much trouble for your company when they can't stop gossiping.
