As a Psychologist my goals are to help those people I can. Who are ready and willing to let go of the trauma and emotional issues life has brought them. With my new book I focus on relationships the good the bad and the dead.

That all depends on the client and their needs. We as clinicians should be working to help our clients with issues that currently effect their lives good bad or negative.

Everyone has a different approach to how they see and handle things. Though there are way to many people using the Seat of the Pants method for working in this field and helping people. It should not be about your opinion or your feelings on any subject. The field has too many people giving...

It should not be about your opinion or your feelings on any subject. The field has too many people giving their opinion on everything. Working with people and helping them through their tough times or issues needs practical time tested evidence based solutions not opinions.
So to answer your question most likely no, unless I have worked with the person and know that they are actually working from a valid model.

If you are talking about trauma work with clients I always get paid from the client or set up a payment schedule, some people actually get paid by the lawyer handling the case as part of the expenses for the case.
