I agree with Kelly and Will. If you have a great customer service, doing  quality work, and always trying to improve,  then you are doing fine. Yes I do! People have been scammed & ripped off from Ebay. Amazon & the others don't have personal relationships with their customers, like the Mom & Pop places. Our customers aren't numbers, they are people. We appreciate & value our customers more then the huge companies! We give them full... (more) Yes I do! People have been scammed & ripped off from Ebay. I always tell my customers to rate us; good, bad, or indifferent. I hand them our card, so they can log on & tell others of their experience, our work, & how we treated them. Our web designer showed me our website design, to my specifications & I paid him in full before it went live. He told me everything upfront, what it would cost, what to expect, & how to improve or update our site periodically. For us, we have them sign a contract that has all the terms & penalties if they are on an account with us. If they are ordering any new machinery then that has to be paid in full, before we order it. You can take them to small claims or if it is over $5,000 get a lawyer. I hope this helped! I agree with Travis! I always tell my customers to leave a good, bad or indifferent comment on our site, Yelp, or Twitter. I know we do quality work, everything in writing,  have pictures, and have good communication with our customers.  (more) I agree with Travis!
