I had a military client with limited time to house hunt, they found the perfect place, then the seller refused to sell (changed their minds) days before closing. Client had to move into military housing.

I have seen them on listing in other areas, in my area homes sell with in 14 days and it would not pay for itself. That being said professional photos are a must.

I also don’t have to deal with this problem. I can say as a consumer, the easier it is to pay the faster I do it! I cringed when you said pill out the checkbook! I haven’t had one of those in years. Easy “click here” to pay online payments is the best!
