Wendy Ezell PLLC provides tax and business consulting in the United States. We offer comprehensive services from tax preparation to estate planning. This includes back taxes and IRS negotiation.
We also offer business services from bookkeeping/payroll through tax preparation and consulting. We specialize in SALT ( State and Local Taxation). We can file all entity types and all states returns in the US.

We did not get the clients that we wanted to work with. We got people who were fishing on the internet. Not good quality at all. Would never do again.

The Best way to stay on top of your accounting is to have software that can help you keep track of you income and expenses. Once you have established the "books" you can use it as a valuable resource to make business decisions as well as tax estimates.

The Best way to stay on top of your accounting is to have software that can help you keep track of you income and expenses. Once you have established the "books" you can use it as a valuable resource to make business decisions as well as tax estimates.
Quickbooks Pro is a great softare to get started on the process. You can download transactions directly from your bank and then categorize them by description.
You can get training from Quickbooks themselves or a good CPA can assist you with any initial set-up so you can run the books for yourself.
At some point, however, your business will get big enough that it because more economical for you to hire a bookkeeper so that you cn concentrate on your growing business. You will know when that time comes, because you cannot wear all hots all the time. It is at that point that a good bookkeeper can make your life more enjoyable!
THere are independent bookkeepers and some CPAs have bookkeepers on staff to help assist there clients. CPAs love to have "clean" books" since it makes the tax preparation so much easy. So they have an interest in keeping you on track.
