How We Got Started
My business partner and I jumped off a cliff in 2020 and decided to open up our 1st food truck, Gaston Street Eats. In 2022 we launched our second food truck, The Cheezy Truck and haven't looked back! We have the best team in town who love to take care of our clients!

I agree with Josh, it all depends on the responsibilities you have your kitchen manager in-charge of. Around $10 to $12 per hour seems to be in the industry norm for fast casual restaurants. When you also add in the tips (which are split among all hourly employees in our restaurant) the wages...

I agree with Josh, it all depends on the responsibilities you have your kitchen manager in-charge of. Around $10 to $12 per hour seems to be in the industry norm for fast casual restaurants. When you also add in the tips (which are split among all hourly employees in our restaurant) the wages end up being higher around $13 -$14 per hour. Hope this helps!
