How We Got Started
We are fairly new in this business but roar fast. We launched our Airbnb in Oct. 2020 After 1st booking, we been booked and pretty much full since. We appreciate and give a thanks to a community support, and we give a thanks to all guests who stayed with us and also thanks to future guests. We also own brokerage J.E. Heisler Real Estate Gorup, LLC where we can connect buyer looking for the homes and seller, listing their homes or properties and successfully close transaction.

Here is why landlord do not suspend or give a break to rent: I'm blessed that I sold 2 properties last year and covered some of the bills. Both renters was always late on rent. And with the mortgage I barely break even. I had one property left; which renter didn't pay since last year February....

Here is why landlord do not suspend or give a break to rent: I'm blessed that I sold 2 properties last year and covered some of the bills. Both renters was always late on rent. And with the mortgage I barely break even. I had one property left; which renter didn't pay since last year February. Also they had another 10-15 people living there I couldn't get them out. After several notices I had to hire attorney which cost me around $4,500.00 not talking about my time going to court /attorney and paying court fee . The renters got involved with state and state make us offer $6,000 (past rent which doesn't cover what was owned ), keep them in for another 2 month that the renter will pay for July and August. We had choice to take it or get nothing. So, we agreed. The renters pay 2 months. Didn't move out. in September we had to involve Sheriff to move them out. The property was destroyed . We started to working on as much we could, then accident and dead and disable person happened in the family, holiday came in, Coronavirus, non-essential business shot down (both of us), not making any money since, husband in hospital with stroke. So, right now I'm not finish with repairs, waiting when they lift the quarantine so I can get some contractor who will help me to finish it. Would I rent it again??? NO. But once I finished, I will get traveling nurse for short term rent, they are in frontline and saving our lives. I'm not crying, I just want to say why many landlords not lowering or suspend the rent...they all have their own reasons and got to pay the bills. One bad apple ruin the rest of good apples.
Educate the home buyer why they should list with Broker and what benefit they get and how much money time and stress and energy they can save.

It was a books, updated daily or weekly. Similar to MLS listings but paper book. You went through. Also each offer was personally deliver either to the agent or directly to seller.

Any social channel is better then nothing. Building the group from SOI, friend and family is a good start on Face Book , Twitter or Instagram. Attending RE shows, conventions and Real Estate leaders vebinars is a plus.
