They each bring something valuable into my life and into my bar/restaurant. I don’t need to choose who’s “better.” I appreciate them both, and I love them for what they contribute and who they are. And they’re always welcome to come back — whether it’s for a full meal, just a coffee, or a few appetizers. My door is open.

I like that perspective. Every customer has value, and creating the kind of experience that brings people back is what builds a strong business.

Let me ask it a different way: if you could wave a magic wand, would you rather have more first-time guests walking through the door next month, or more of your existing guests coming back more often? That's really what I'm trying to understand across different markets.
