Has anyone used HomeGuide.com, either as a vendor or a customer, and what did you think?

For some reason Homeguides request for plumbing has dropped severely over the last 6 months. I wonder how many in the community know of homeguide. In the past the requests have been decent, not too many scam requests at all. I trust them I just wish they had more requests.
