Hi Lawrence !! Prior to working with Century 21 The Hills Realty, I worked for a company that specialized in lease properties. I represented over 15 tenants assisting them in finding homes to lease.  This year I have represented 2 first time homebuyers. I also represent sellers listing their property.  If you are a first time homebuyer, I can help you navigate through the home buying process and introduce you to mortgage companies that have programs that assist the first time homebuyer with their residencial purchase.  Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any specific questions. Thanks for your question !!
