As long as your prices are comparative to other companies and you offer a good experience price isn't going to matter as much. I have had horrid experiences with waiting forever on a tow and I have had good experiences with speedy service and it made all the difference in the world. I wouldn't...

I wouldn't mind paying a little extra if I didn't wait forever and had a nice experienced driver. Plus you could break it down to $5.00 a mile or less after the hook up fee. MY RESPONSE IS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! You want good service and the job done right you got to pay for it. You want a subpar job pay subpar pricing! If you want the job done right go with us.
Social media, YouTube, and your website are all great places to use video. A lot of people are visual people and would rather watch a video to learn more about what services you provide or products you sell. Video on a website is also great for SEO.

So many people think that having a simple website does something to promote their business, but in all reality it is a small piece of the online digital puzzle. That is just a basic first step in googles eyes. Last month was the worst month in the last 12 months with people searching in your area for the services you provide and there were still 2,410 searches done for what you do. It is just getting your business in front of them. I would love to have a free consultation with you and go over some other marketing options online.

You need to get some digital marketing where people can do a general google search for services you provide and call you directly. Just last month there where 7,960 searches done in Akron for the services you provide. You need to be made an option online.

No way would I quit and give them the satisfaction of doing that. You may just come to find that people are more supportive than you think anyways.I would bring it to the GM attention but not make a big fuss. Just make him or her aware of what is going on so if it escalates with that person...
