The profits and losses of your business should only be shared with employees in generalities!  “Real quick before we start the work day team, we are severely short of our goal for the month so we want those bonuses”!!!  Or “Great news gang we are still ahead of our goal for the month and the more we pull in the larger those bonuses will be”!  You never tell them you are going broke or are making 10 times what they are!  They work for you they understand if business is booming or slumping!
