If it's a shared lot, then the LL should take care of it. Check your lease to be sure. An example of one of our properties is 10 townhouses on one block. Tenants are responsible for clearing snow and ice from the front walkways of their units and sidewalks in the rear. Because everyone uses the parking lot, we have it plowed and salted. Single family homes are typically the tenant's responsibility...as long as it's outlined in the lease. Hope this helps!
