I'll answer your question in a different way. If it didn't work, then developers of new homes would not go to the expense of creating model homes that are completely staged to the 9's, and all the homes on HGTV would not be staged after remodeling is completed.

I do think that in most cases a 3D Walk Through is helpful, but I did find that the pictures can be distorted, so I would always suggest that a regular camera be used in addition to the 3D Camera to take still photos. Not everyone wants to take the time to do the...

Not everyone wants to take the time to do the 3D walk through, so still photos are also essential part of a good marketing campaign.
