Both inspectors are full time and professionally licensed with diverse skills, expertise and knowledge of our industry. Dave is a U.S. Army veteran and worked in public safety for over 27 years. He also has years of diverse experience in residential home remodeling and construction. Dave’s passion is cultivating meaningful relationships built on trust and integrity, in business and his personal life. We will always provide the best service possible at a reasonable price. We take care of our veterans, public safety, EMS and educators with discounts. There are many marketing platforms out there, beware. They will all take your money and tell you it takes months to establish a presence. Don’t fall for it! They will all take your money and tell you it takes months to establish a presence. Don’t fall for it! This is their money ticket and escape from accountability. Networking in your market the old fashioned way through face to face, Master Networks meet up groups, blogs, sponsor local events. Be honest, “a person is only as good as their word”, do excellent work and focus on word of mouth referrals. A small service type business shouldn’t spend more than 10% of revenue on marketing when starting out. Be creative!

You should join interNACHI and take their National practice tests and repeat until you are scoring well into the 90 percentile every time. The tests will let you know your weak areas, make sure you devote extra study time where needed. My advice is, don’t over cram the studying the day before,... I have converted leads to inspections, but this platform (like others) becomes a "low baller" platform from your competition. I don't play that game, so I don't net too many inspections from it. Some customers have looked beyond the lowest price and hired me for the quality work I do. You need to pay attention to what they are sending you. Many leads are out of my service area by at 50-100+ miles. They are in the midst of changing how the fees are captured, so read the terms over carefully. Good luck! Oh yes, furthermore, a tie is not safe to wear for several obvious reasons. I wear a professional and breathable vented short or long sleeved shirt with my logo and serviceable jeans or 511 khakis. Well, in the State of Texas you cannot wear both hats. It is a conflict of interest.
