How We Got Started

Have you ever had something that irked you about doing your work so much that you googled how to fix the problem or pumped your networks for different tools and methods and how to? If you have, your results are something like: "The top 5 things that do this thing" or a deluge of varied responses that fail to speak to how a certain tool or tactic would fit into your existing processes and the benefits that you would receive from its use. That's where we come in.

I'm Rahgna Lewis, I started my consulting career more than a decade ago in web development and technology integration. I learned that business systems are about people, not software. Many established small businesses succeed at making money, but fail at maximizing their value. My team and I work with SMBs to reveal challenges to their foundational operations infrastructure and roadmap the people, platforms, and process improvements that will increase cashflow.

As a designer, expansion of a marketplace only means that there are more options and greater capacity for practitioners to hone their skills and specialize. short answer. Yes a bespoke site can be had, if you can afford it and if you're a designer there are clients out there willing to pay for your expertise.

I personally consider cold calls and emails to be spam. It's literally the definition even if it's not malicious or an intentional nuisance, those calls are unsolicited and in my opinion that is not a great way to start a working relationship.
