While the world seems to operate on social media, I'm more interested in expanding my business through word of mouth recommendations. I have found general advertising to be a waste of time and money. If a potential client does not know me or know someone who has used my services, he or she will not be able to distinguish me from the crowd of many who call themselves travel agents but who lack the knowledge and years of experience I bring to the table.
