StrykerZ Kitchen and Bar was established in 2016 by Mike and Rose Rollins, & family.Our little family owned restaurant, serving delicious food and drink, holding our doors open for anyone who chooses to walk through them.Our vision is to be a local business where people can come grab a beer with friends, have dinner with family or watch the game with their buds.We want to create and keep an environment with great food, friendly service and a place that anyone can call their “Cheers”.The name StrykerZ came from our 6th family member, our beloved canine, Stryker; the dog that chose us.
