About Us

We work with Companies and Organizations that want to provide "Guest Astonishment!," for their Guests. This is sometimes called Customer Service, however, it today's competitive marketplace, you really need to treat everyone as an invited Guest, both Internally and Externally.
The way you treat your Team Members will determine how they treat the Guest.
We also work with Executive Teams that want to bring out the best in their Team Members. Zoom Meetings work very well and are interactive.

How We Got Started

As a trainer, Zig Ziglar encouraged me to work on my own, rather than for one company. For the past 34 years, I have been doing that, as a Certified Speaking Professional, Member of the Speakers Hall of Fame, Legend of the Speaking Professional and past President of the National Speakers Association.

Always exceed expectations. Customer service is not enough, we need to provide “Guest Astonishment,” like Costco.  (more) Always exceed expectations. Customer service is not enough, we need to provide “Guest Astonishment,” like Costco.

Repeat and referral business is the best source for me.  We also use snail mail some, since these days, very few people are doing that.  We market with a rifle, not a shotgun.  That is, we qualify our prospects, so they are more than "suspects."
