Great program inquiries! Total international unrest and U.S. political system is not about the needs of the country; it's about politicians and party control. Very little comments on how to better our county and meet the needs of our citizens in the last debate. It was just about party posturing. When do we concentrate on the needs of the people? Where do we stand on the U. S. dollar being the primary international currency? We are losing ground. What about the national debt? The government is giving money away that we (the working folks) don't have. We cannot buy our way out of national disasters.

It reduces change orders and causes the customer to be more specific. Color size- model-location- etc. It provides clarity and causes a more exact bid figure at the end. It also respects your time. I have just finish a paper on construction management including the bidding process and about 25 other subject totally related to the construction industry. Good Question!

The economic impact of Covid -19 has not yet been entirely felt. At best it will take months and require employees to go back to work to create economic recovery. Not all businesses have been negatively effected by the economic down turn. Vaccinations when completed could start a movement back to normal if everyone gets shots and the vaccines prove to be effective. Availability of vaccines seems to be a problem. We absolutely need to get the operating restrictions removed for there to be economic recovery. The PPP program has helped some businesses and at the same time creates debt that will be difficult for businesses to pay back, if ever. The reality of small brick & mortar stores is they are having to start all over. For many funds to restock, replace personnel, start up with advertising and meet fiscal operating demands will take time. The supply chain to restock will take time to manufacture and for deliver. Recovery will happen but it will take time.

Go back to your prior customers, determine if they want additional copies for their future marketing now and when the new normal arrives. Keep contact with all prior customers as they are your base for future sales.
