I have only had one person make a negative remark towards my business in the 9 years of operation, that I am aware of. I didn't have to respond. Many of my clients responded in my defense. Letting the client know he was incorrect in his interpretation and response to my services. One of the defenders was his sister. He removed the posting.Â
