How We Got Started
After years of helping people through my other businesses, I decided to combine my love of travel and helping others by becoming a travel advisor. Peaceful Path Travel with Gloria was created to help travelers enjoy stress-free planning and personalized service when booking vacations, cruises, hotels, vacation rentals, and weekend getaways. My goal is to help clients create lasting memories while making the planning process simple and enjoyable.

Oh my I am having the same problem with anyone leaving feed back anywhere
I always ask in my thank you cards to leave feed back but I had ordered something this past holiday and they gave me a free gift small one but nice to leave positive feedback I thought was a great idea

I use many forms . I contact them direct via email which I think is more personable . And I also have mailchimp which is an email campaign that you can use to follow up and events and sales . And for my website through godaddy there is an auto email that goes out when a customer purchases...

In my order I also give thank you card I hand write asking for feedback and give samples and coupons . I guess everyone has their systems but this is what I do and seems to work . I don’t want to annoy my customers so asking them personally each one seems to work best! Hope this helps

I would not given her a refund I am not sure what policies you have on your items but after re doing them twice which cost you money I would not have refunded it !
Maybe send a proof of the design before an order and have them sign for approval before it goes to print and state that once...

Vista print and other companies do this and state no refunds are given ! I’d check it out and I am sorry that happen to you .. losing money is not why we all are in business .
