I'm not a college, I'm a college planner. However I agree with Pat that you have to have relationships with your students. But when you have thousands of students on your campus Itcan be very hard to have those personal relationships. So I think the best way to keep communication going with students is to communicate on their level using texts and social media. They do not always check their emails even though they are encouraged to consistently check their emails. (more)
