About Us

As the Broker and Owner of BayBrook Realty, I strive to educate potential buyers and sellers to ensure they understand the entire process and feel comfortable with any and all decisions that are made. I consider myself a relationship manager and strive to earn my clients’ trust – it is my mission to be their loyal ambassador in all aspects of the home buying and selling process. I understand this is an oftentimes overwhelming undertaking, and I do my best to ensure that my clients’ feel confident and assured every step of the way. Serving all of San Diego and South Orange County.

How We Got Started

Upon graduation from college, I entered the workforce at a large financial institution as an analyst and relationship manager.

During that time, I was fascinated with Real Estate, having purchased my first house from the IRS. Upon studying the laws and intricacies of investment real estate, I obtained my license and transitioned into lending and ultimately buying defaulted debt.

From there, the natural progression was acquiring assets at auctions and working with attorneys, rehab crews, to ultimately resell these assets.

In 2013 I got my Broker license to help my friends, family, and referrals with all their real estate needs. Having been a part of 2000+ purchases and sales combined, I have the knowledge and experience to educate all my buyers and sellers and make them feel comfortable with any decisions they make.

BayBrook Realty is now growing as I enter a new realm of supporting local agents who know they have 24/7 access to any mentoring, coaching, and advice they need.

Great question. I bought one a few years ago (good excuse for a new toy) and have been using it on periodic listings ever since. Not all of them really need it, but when you can get the house with ocean in the background, or some type of other feature it never hurts, and it always will help with... (more) Great question. I bought one a few years ago (good excuse for a new toy) and have been using it on periodic listings ever since. Not all of them really need it, but when you can get the house with ocean in the background, or some type of other feature it never hurts, and it always will help with your buyers perception of you as it's an added benefit. So with that being said, I typically do it myself, though companies offer it for pretty cheap if you don't have the drone or the time to edit the movie.

It is indeed fascinating, and certainly something to watch. I believe some form of this is here to stay, whether it is Bitcoin (the current winner) or Etherium, Lite Coin etc.. it's still too early to completely tell. It appears Bitcoin will be the winner, but as the prices have sky rocketed the... (more) It is indeed fascinating, and certainly something to watch. I believe some form of this is here to stay, whether it is Bitcoin (the current winner) or Etherium, Lite Coin etc.. it's still too early to completely tell. It appears Bitcoin will be the winner, but as the prices have sky rocketed the new investors are speculating and treating it as an asset, where as it was created as a currency. From what I understand it's getting difficult to spend as transaction prices have gone up, so where it was once easily spent peer to peer, now fee's are making the early adopters look into other methods such as Bitcoin Cash etc.. If enough people fundamentally believe this could take the place of dollars, or gold then the future value of this has serious growth ahead, however if it's a short term asset or quick investment, get in and out, then who knows what will happen. Also, future crack down on taxation of gains which is certain to gain more scrutiny will change the game a bit more as well. It's amazing to watch, but hard to predict where it takes us. The real game changer may be in the block chain technology, which could in the future be used for deeds and other original type docs used in Real Estate therefore bypassing a lot of the outdated methods currently used. And as I say this, I truly know nothing. Just talking out loud and trying to make sense of it myself. :)

Serve your community. Start by volunteering, meeting your neighbors, show up at HOA meetings, etc.. Real Estate is a relationship business. Know your neighborhood, educate your neighbors on recent sold listings and compare them to their homes. I recently had an agent in my neighborhood tell me it took her 17 years to get a lock on it. Start the snowball now and as the years progress the relationships and momentum in your market will grow.
