I think it is time to re-open the city.  As an essential business, we have been open during the entire COVID 19 restriction period. I can tell you that people were initally scared of dying but are now equally  depressed that they are stuck indoors and want to get back to work! We all need to be cautious and careful, but it is time to open back up.
