About Us

JVArchitecture works closely with the client to creatively resolve the “why” and “where”; so a contractor can readily determine the “how” and “when” of building. JVArchitecture believes in architecture as an art form derived by site specifics, program, and a command of building materials and methods. Our process oriented methodologies arrive at design solutions that uniquely respond to the client’s needs and budget. Every aspect of design is balanced by over 30 years experience in the design / build industry composed of sound construction practices and innovative sustainable solutions.

How We Got Started

Upon securing my architectural degree, I was fortunate to find my first job as a designer and construction manager for a mid size developer in planning, designing, and building retail / commercial projects thru out the southwest and northwest regions of America.

I send my plans to clients via PDF and we talk on the phone to discuss the project edits and or additions. Local municipalities are also allowing Architects to submit their plans to City Plan Check digitally via PDFs. Somehow we are ALL making this work to continue life and business. We evolve or die.

However, I see that around June, it will be a good time to bid projects and get favorable bids.
