Cherokee has been in business since 1972. We attended 4 years of home inspection schooling plus I am Contractor and builder from Miami since 1967. I am a Lather by trade. Were both certified in toxic Chinese drywall, were compliance inspectors, commercial inspections, FEMA inspectors and insurance. I am a Certified Master Home Inspector for NACHI. Were VA, FHA and USDA certified. We continue all our classes to stay on top of the latest changes in our fields. Were not here to impress but to protect our Buyers.

While building homes, schools, and hospitals in Miami they offered a 4 year training class. Sharron was a Realtor and we took it to further our education in all fields. We had to prove we both had at least 10 years back ground in construction before being allowed to take the classes.
