Reading several of the answers submitted, I'd agree with all. Whatever job you may have, helping and serving others ahead of yourself will get you the farthest. Keeping your ears and eyes opened before moving your mouth is a good way to put the needs of others first.

I'm a landlord, and so far I'm thankful that my tenants have paid the full amount of rent. My taxes and insurance keep going up and I've not been passing the full amount of increases to their rent. If need be, I would negotiate what is doable should my tenants loose their incomes. The tax...

The tax assessor, homeowners insurance and bank should help too if that's the situation, however, I won't hold my breath for them to help!
You know, landlords have mortgage, taxes and insurance expenses too!
Several variables to consider, like the location, home prices, amenities and services important to the buyers needs. Their assets, health, where their children, grandchildren live. There is no correct advice for an age group. It depends on their unique situation.

Interested to hear from other realtors how they are handling showings on their Active listings. I chose to not put a lockbox, and to have no showings during the Stay AT Home Order. I've put in my private to broker remarks that I will accompany a showing for a serious and ready buyer, provided...

I've put in my private to broker remarks that I will accompany a showing for a serious and ready buyer, provided their lender qualification/approval letter is emailed to me. That way, I can be the only one to touch anything. Thanks for your replies
I miss Fuddruckers. Good food and I liked being able to pick and add my own toppings and salad to ba burger. Perhaps it was too good of a value to survive.
