About Us

We are a property preservation company specializing in maintaining vacant and abandoned homes. We install locks, lockboxes, remove interior/ exterior debris, board/reglaze broken windows, install safety covers over open pools, and generally restore the properties to a standard consistent with the surrounding properties. We perform these services for banks, mortgage lenders, servicing companies, or any other realtor or financial based entity than needs to have their properties maintained at a quality level to avoid HOA, COA, or code enforcement actions.

How We Got Started

We started the company in Hampton, VA when our realtor friends were having trouble keeping their properties in marketable condition. We expanded from that point to local and regional banks and mortgagees assisting them in maintaining their properties. We currently operate in Central Florida and have been in operation for over 35 years.

As always, it is happy, satisfied clients, who you need to ask to refer other clients to you. Don't depend on their generosity, but ask them if they know of someone who may need your services, and ask them to refer them to you, or allow you to reference them in any future potential clients. We've used FB previously, but I think the quality of the results are the same as traditional advertising. We usually receive more replies due to the far reaching nature of FB as some are just curious and would not relocate to our area regardless, just info gathering, but I also feel there are...
