As a small business owner, what types of coaching would bring value to your organization and your life?

I'm finding that having personalized marketing strategy coaches is invaluable since that's an area where I am weak. Others might find financial strategy coaches more helpful. And others, perhaps they would find operational or human resource coaches of more value. My guess that it will be different for each business owner depending upon their background and the types of challenges they are facing.

Paula, I'm the one with my eye on the big picture for my business. I find that no one coach has all the answers so I work with a variety of people over time in their strength areas. I work with a wide range of people the same way I did in the corporate world - learn from them and zero in on areas where their approaches differ. That's where clarity comes from!
