I have an upfront referral thank you for the one off, and got those individuals and businesses that interface at the B2b level ,(commercial realtors, sign companies, Cpa, bookkeeper, business broker, commercial banker etc) have a VAR program that shares in the rewards of the new business, month after month. Sounds like he may not have any of these critical things for the seat he is occupying in your company, and one as so critical as customer service. I don't know what product or service you sell, but in my line of business of Commerce solutions, Customer service is JOB #1, and client satisfaction is what keeps the lights on. I agree with everyone else to cut your losses if he has not turned the corner on improving the delivery of his customer service and let him know he has not performed the contract as stated, so the contract is now cancelled. Good luck, and pick up the book Traction - EOS - Entreprenurial Operating Strategy, implementing this in both of my businesses!
