How We Got Started
We started in 2006, with one piece of equipment, working out of the spare bedroom in our rented home. We quickly outgrew our spare bedroom, added new equipment and products, moved, opened a retail store and continue to grow and expand our products and services.

We've been in business for 10 years, and in a storefront for about 8 1/2 of those years. Our business is much more retail that yours so for us, the adage of "location, location, location" really factors significantly in our success and growth. Your main customers are going to be other business owners. It's unlikely you'll have people pop by your office/shop by chance. Are you operating out of your home now? If so, and you're disciplined enough to work when you are home, you can probably continue to do that. I know some folks who really enjoyed the shared office arrangement not only because of the amenities offered but because of the regular interaction with other professionals.
