Word of mouth is always better. When someone refers your company in person, you are establishing trust. I know if I tell someone about a company I think they should do business with, its because I trust that company and would recommend them personally. Anyone can say anything online, there is no... I know if I tell someone about a company I think they should do business with, its because I trust that company and would recommend them personally. Anyone can say anything online, there is no integrity or trust there. You have to build that first.
