How We Got Started

In 2016, Mike Laigle Sr. partnered with his son, Mike Laigle Jr. and formed Laigle Business Group. When father and son decided to work together, they created a powerhouse with over 45 years years of combined management and leadership experience. Mike Sr. brought his extensive 30 years of knowledge from the Credit Card and Digital Marketing Industry. While Mike Jr. brought Leadership Training, Restaurant Operations Knowledge and Team Development to the table.

Headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina we specialize in commerce in the digital economy. Beginning with a singular idea: you own your business—so you should be able to grow it with tools that serve you solely. Citations are online mentions of a business's name, address, and phone number (NAP) on other websites, such as local directories, review sites, and social media platforms. They are essential because search engines like Google use them to verify and confirm a business's location and credibility. However, many businesses overlook the importance of citations, and their listings often have incorrect or inconsistent NAP information across various directories. This can hurt their local search rankings and make it difficult for customers to find them online. Running a Local SEO business listing audit is essential for any business looking to improve their local SEO rankings. It helps identify inconsistencies and errors in NAP information and provides a roadmap for correcting them. The most critical aspect of citations is consistency. Every comma, dash, or variation in NAP information across different directories must be precisely the same as the Google Business profile. Any variation can create confusion for both search engines and potential customers. Having consistent citations across various directories increases a business's visibility and helps search engines verify its location and credibility. It also makes it easier for customers to find and contact the business. In conclusion, citations are the most critical factor in local SEO. They are often overlooked by businesses, but their consistency and accuracy can significantly impact search rankings and online visibility. Running a Local SEO business listing audit is the first step in ensuring a business's citations are correct and consistent across all directories especially when the goal is to boost organic traffic.
