Remember that all of the "customers" that purchase a Groupon are usually doing so to get a great deal, not because they are a devoted fan of your business...yet. A business' most important asset is their customer base and the ability to communicate with their customers on a regular basis to re-market to them on a regular and repeat basis. Optimally, the ability to collect and utilize your customers email and phone # for future email and SMS marketing campaigns are great strategies to stay in touch. To me the most frustrating issue with Groupon is they have YOUR customers email and contact info. before they even set foot into your business. Groupon then gets to continuously make offers to those who have purchased your Groupon and others as well. Groupon is valued as a Billion dollar company because of their massive customer list. Want to know more information about how you can get Groupon "freebie seekers" to your customer list? Send me a reply message and I will be happy to share this with you. You can plan for this before your Groupon begins and convert some of these buyers into fans of YOUR business so that you can increase repeat visits to your business and build a reliable customer contact list. Best Wishes

You can then get positive reviews for your services and take the reviews online on your business listing, website or blog, and even a facebook page If you want to use some online channels, you can write articles and posts on Linkedin. Bookkeeping is B2B so I would focus on LinkedIn, build a great profile, introduce yourself to prospective clients and maybe offer bookkeeping tips for small business owners or a whitepaper with tax saving tips for biz owners, this can also move to a YouTube channel etc...Best of Luck!

You may reach out to Court officials, Public Defenders, District Attorney's office and other professional service providers. Additionally, if you have not done so already, because you offer such amazing value you can take various online approaches as well by creating a blog, podcast, YouTube Channel, Facebook page...etc. and share your expertise as a mental health professional. You will quickly build a following in your area and become a referral source as mental health is a serious societal epidemic that few people like to acknowledge. Best of luck!

(more) It sounds like you are already in a good position of already providing a reputable service and quality food and now you want to grow. Certainly, you can ask existing clients for referrals once you have delivered a fantastic service or even. You can turn your existing clients into your own referral or affiliate network...if they give you 3 referrals you can give a discount or free goodies. Also if any of the referrals sign up you will give a discount or some other incentive. Also, not sure how active you are with online marketing such as social media or online ads (facebook, google, instagram, or bing ads) but you offer an ideal service to get fans engaged. Keep your posts updates, gather happy customer testimonials, gather & promote customer reviews; set up a check-in service with facebook (its free) and customers will notify their friends when they check in at your events Finally, remember to continue to engage with your existing customers as it's much easier to get repeat business than it is to acquire new customers. Here's a video that offers a solution for repeat customer engagement as well...Best wishes https://youtu.be/0stb5crLCvU
