Acknowledge the review, Be positive and apologetic, and make the Corrections necessary to show future customers that you hear the concerns. If you are a high volume location with lots of reviews, you’ll want this to be someone’s regular job duty (perhaps hiring and outside contractor to take care of it). Respond as quickly as possible.
