Through this approach, I hope to build the overall job responsibility of my employee piece by piece, similar to constructing a machine. In real estate law, the overall picture is often hard to grasp in the abstract. By trying to take it step by step, and then reviewing the process as it builds, I hope to avoid overwhelming my employee. I also practice an open door policy and encourage my employee to ask questions. This open line of communication has led to several ideas and suggestions by my employee to streamline our process. Concepts that I had not previously considered.
