About Us

When I started my real estate business over in the Houston area in 2008, I wanted to be something different in real estate- no begging for business but rather establishing relationships with my clients and impacting the community in a positive way. I didn’t want to be a salesperson but rather a Real Estate Professional. To meet my goal I began obtaining certifications and giving back to the community. In the years that followed my business grew by leaps and bounds as more and more clients appreciated my knowledge and experience- evident by my reviews and referrals. In 2013, I formed the Monica Foster Team to better support my clients. Later, we were finally able to support our educational charities in a big way. By 2016 we became to the most successful team in Greater Clear Lake ever placing in the top 5 off all teams in Houston. In 2017 we ranked in REAL Trends “The Thousand” placing in the top 250 of all teams in the U.S. and we look forward to doing even more in the future. We would love to have you as our next client.

I realize this odd for a realtor to say but we have extensive development backgrounds (you can check out our site for one). If you don't want to hire in house you can look at rhubarb productions as that is who we work with.

It is good for keeping track of your closings and since it integrates with Reesio (miminally) that they bought there should be more integration with transaction management down the road. They are slow to provide additional features especially in the integration department. That being said I really haven't found anything to replace it with (although Realevolve might be a contender) and if you don't need a web site with your CRM its not a bad choice albeit more expensive for teams.

Aerial photography is often used incorrectly. There is the right time and the wrong time to use them and only for specific properties.
