I suggest talking with other libraries similar to your size. They probably have some good advice on how to get started and maybe even a checklist or template they're willing to share. Understanding the process of developing a library website will help you decide the best solution for you.

It comes down to one thing - if a potential customer is warned not to enter your site or make a transaction - they're probably not going to. Best to fix it before losing customers. You're right Maury, rocket science is easy - if you know how. My best advice is to ask your web hosting company...

You're right Maury, rocket science is easy - if you know how. My best advice is to ask your web hosting company for a walk-thru. I use WordPress and Bluehost for my website. They make it pretty painless.

I honestly think these basic math skills though (along with handwriting and other basics) have been lost because there simply isn't enough classroom time to teach them. Teachers are having to "teach to the test" for many reasons. Unfortunately, counting back change isn't one of them.

Hi Patsy. Love the premise of your blog. I know all too well about the questionable people you meet through online dating.
Lots of great ideas from other commenters. Another thing I would suggest thinking about is the ultimate goal of your website. Blogspot is a great choice for starting a blog when you want to share your thoughts. However, if you're creating a blog with the mindset of making it "popular" (and possibly generating income from it), Blogspot might not be the best platform for the long-term. It's very limited in terms of functionality and SEO benefit.
Best of luck to you.
