About Us

EBR is your small business HR Expert. We help small businesses (1-25 employees) navigate the waters associated with hiring and managing employees. The legalities involved with having employees can be so cumbersome that they can legitimately occupy a full-time job in addition to the administration burden that occurs.

We started EBR to help small businesses make sense of employment and compliance regulations and create a solid Human Resources (HR) foundation on which they can grow and become more successful.

This naturally led to working with job seekers, helping them navigate the increasingly difficult waters of finding the right job. We don't just help you land your next paycheck, we help you take the next step in your career.

Describe your perfect job and What haven't I asked you about? Both will get you all kinds of wild answers and give you an idea about the mindset of the applicant.
