I love Windows 10 and it doesn't take much to get used to. Depending on the age of your device, you can either upgrade your machine or replace it with a machine with Windows 10 already on it. We don't know what we don't know and it's important to build relationships with people in other markets. I'm part of a small networking group and only 1 of each industry is allowed (i.e. only 1 accountant, 1 IT company, etc). We discuss issues amongst ourselves and we're building friendships and relationships. It makes it so much easier to learn and I have a resource in various fields if I need it.

The recruiter that we use for our positions uses mostly LinkedIn and Indeed to find candidates. If you can find a recruiter that specializes in IT, that would likely be the most valuable resource.  (more) The recruiter that we use for our positions uses mostly LinkedIn and Indeed to find candidates. We allow our team to dress up for Halloween and they can decorate their cubicles, but because of our location we don't trick-or-treat. AND we ALWAYS have candy in the office so we get treats all year long.  (more) We allow our team to dress up for Halloween and they can decorate their cubicles, but because of our location we don't trick-or-treat.
