We tend to partner with other vendors who have a successful track record with great customer service for their clients (vendors who are the lowest price don't always deliver the best service) and know the value of sharing leads. There are many services we could offer that we dont because lead sharing can be more profitable. So many companies try to do EVERYTHING, that's just not feasible.

You must always define the terms in a simple to read format for you customers. We have clients who really believe they can call anytime day or night and get an expert help for pennies on the dollar, some even believe for FREE. When you discuss with them the price difference between 8-5 support versus 24/7 support they become irate. In those situations you as the business owner is at fault because you did not define the terms and conditions properly. If you define these terms and conditions and they still act irate, do your best to accommodate until it becomes a loss and you just politely assist them to find a new vendor and they become another vendors problem.
We live in a me-me-me world, some clients just forget that you are person too. I have had many clients believe that I work only for them, those clients you just let go because they are costing you more money than they are making you.
Good luck
I agree with Heinz Deubler. Remember most print is thrown in the trash, Your greatest source of new business will always be word of mouth. Networking events can be exhausting however it pays well.

When you select your MSP, ask them what sort of response time are you looking at? Also look for their training and experience. Don't trust your business and your data/and client data to a firm that is just starting up with limited to no experience. Ask their other clients how they perform. You need to make sure they have experience with your type of software.
Reach out if you have any specific questions.
