Get your customers to leave you 5 star google reviews. Talking about the quality and workmanship will lead to a following. It can and probably will be a slow arduous process, but quality will eventually outshine low prices.

If they have specific reasons, then you can usually figure that they have thought about what this particular opportunity will mean to them.
As long as there is a fail safe, they are proven to be safer than with human error. The problem is going to be other drivers without the technology.

I am busy nearly all the time at work, but my position is generally problem solving. So that type of busy is not necessarily good. I believe that being 'busy' implies that you are being pulled in many different directions and having difficulty completing any given item due to the multiple directions you are being pulled.
For my employees the goal is for them to be fully scheduled so that they can dedicate the proper time to each guest and successfully fulfill their needs. In my opinion, being fully scheduled is far different than being busy.
Staff for success and allow yourself and your employees to achieve success by giving them the tools to do their job successfully which means allotting the time for them to be successful. Time is out best tool for success!
I use a loss leader. Something to get them in the door that is low or no profit that gives customers the opportunity to experience the difference of servicing with us.
