HOW WE OPERATE

The process of replacing concrete is the most important part of a successful project. Communication is key and the customer and affiliates are our #1 priority. This is a brief summary of how we do things.

1. Initial meeting. Set up an initial meeting /
walk-through to assess the site and problem
areas.
2. Discuss the concerns of the property
Management and prioritize problem areas.
3. Mark each area of the site with numbers and
take notes. Discuss potential hazards and the
liability that each hazard has to suppliers,
patrons or residents.
4. Create an itemized, numerical list of each site
with pricing for each site so the customer can
make decisions on what to replace and what
will remain. This helps with yearly budget
targets while correcting as many hazards as
possible.
5. Set up schedule. Once the sites are chosen,
we will set up a schedule based on the time
we estimate that the job will take to complete.
It will be up to the customer to notify any
affected person that there will be construction
work going on.
6. Saw cut & remove areas. All rubble will either
be placed in piles or directly in dump trucks
and disposed of. No concrete will be on site
for greater than 24 hours from it’s removal.
7. Pour & finish new concrete. Once the new
concrete is finished, barricades will be set in
place until the time that it can be used.
8. Clean up. All construction debris will be
cleaned up each day and after the final pour.
These steps will ensure that your project is
successful. We will coordinate all areas to
make the disruptions as brief as possible and
to keep traffic flowing.

From an early age I have been doing concrete (side) projects with my dad. My father has been in the construction industry for over 60 years and has taught me all he knows. I spent several years working for other companies and I decided that my side jobs that I was completing would become my full time job.
